I’ve spent the last decade building Shopify stores as a white-label partner for design studios and agencies, taking finished Figma designs and turning them into fast, editable storefronts their clients can run without a developer on retainer. That covers custom themes built from scratch, heavily customised premium themes where budget calls for it, and the unglamorous parts most developers avoid: VAT setup, EU compliance and untangling things when they go wrong. Recent builds span fashion, skincare, luxury interiors and hospitality, typically delivered in four to six weeks from approved designs. Before anything gets built, I’ll tell you honestly whether it needs building at all.
